Absolutely — that's what we're here for! If there's a file available for it, we can print it. Just describe the character, show a reference image, and we'll let you know if it's possible and give you a quote.

Yes! For orders of 5 or more of the same item we offer discounted pricing. Reach out via the quote form or email us at bowserscastle3d@gmail.com and we'll work something out.

Changes and cancellations are welcome as long as printing hasn't started yet. Once we've confirmed your order and begun printing, changes may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible at bowserscastle3d@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

We stock 15+ colors including standard colors (black, white, red, blue, green, yellow, grey), as well as specialty filaments like rainbow, iridescent, silk, and glow-in-the-dark. Just mention your preferred color in your quote request!

Yes! Many of our products use multi-color printing techniques. Depending on the design this may involve filament swaps, separate parts assembled together, or AMS multi-material printing. Multi-color prints typically add $5–$20 to the base price depending on complexity.

Most prints are made from PLA — a durable, eco-friendly plastic that's great for display pieces, figurines, and decorative items. For functional parts or items needing extra strength we can discuss PETG or other materials on request.

We print at high resolution with fine layer heights to capture as much detail as possible. Results vary by model complexity — highly detailed models with thin features may show some layer lines, which is normal for FDM printing. Check our product photos to get a realistic sense of the finish quality.

Once your item is printed and ready, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the US via USPS or UPS. Print times vary by item — simple pieces are ready in 2–4 days, complex orders may take 5–10 days. We'll give you an estimated timeline when we confirm your order.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — follow us or check back for updates!

Shipping costs vary by item size and weight. As a general guide: small items like keychains and fidgets ship for $3–$6, medium items like dice towers and Pokéballs for $5–$8, and larger items like figurines and planters for $6–$12. Exact shipping is quoted before you pay.

Yes! Every order is carefully wrapped and packed with protective padding to prevent damage in transit. Fragile or delicate pieces get extra protection. If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

We currently accept Cash App ($Cbowser829) and PayPal (@peppes829). After we confirm your order and quote, we'll send you a payment request through whichever you prefer.

Payment is due after we confirm your quote and before printing begins. We don't charge anything until you've approved the price and are happy to proceed.

Since every item is printed to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However if your item arrives damaged, broken, or significantly different from what was agreed, we'll reprint or refund — just reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos.

Yes! If you have an STL, OBJ, or 3MF file we can print it. Just include a link or attachment in your quote request. We'll review it and confirm if it's printable as-is or flag any issues.

We're a printing shop, not a modelling studio — so we work from existing files. However for simple custom text, name tags, or modifications to existing designs we may be able to help. Reach out and describe what you need!

Just tell us how big you want it! Include rough dimensions in your quote request (e.g. "about 15cm tall") and we'll scale the print accordingly. We'll confirm the exact size before printing.
